When men are being their sexual selves, drawn to a woman’s beauty, they’re not exploiting women. They’re responding to them. The women are the fire, drawing a man toward their feminine heat.
This is true even for all those beautiful women who hook up with rich, powerful men—the “arm candy.” I was watching a Premier League soccer match the other day, and the camera focused on one of the rich owners and his wife. He was short, old, and terribly unattractive. She was a foot taller than him, with long blond hair and legs for miles. She was dressed in a fur, and diamonds graced her fingers. She didn’t look miserable at all. In fact, she looked like the cat who ate the canary. One has to ask, who here is actually exploiting whom?

If you have two equal job candidates, and one is male and one female, do yourself a favor and pay more and hire the male.
From my experience, You’ll save yourself a lot of heartache and extra work in the long run. And none of it has to do with sexual harassment. Is that sexist? Probably so.
But it is also the truth.

Not all girls/women flirt, some men have less than NO idea how to read "signals" and/or misconstrue what they see or hear.
And perhaps older guys should be on dating websites that are ONLY for their age cohorts.

This is a very good read, and it mirrors the conversation I had this morning with my lady friends regarding all the scandals involving men and the accusations which are all around us now.
Men and women interact all the time, and it seems as if all the blame is being put upon the men when we all know that some women are deliberately dressing provocatively.
What ever happened to common sense and Judeo-Christian values of respect toward each other?
