Jerry Patterson to challenge George P. Bush for land commissioner

Former Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson says he wants his old job back.

Patterson, who served three terms as land commissioner before running fourth in a four-way Republican primary contest for lieutenant governor in 2014, said Friday he will challenge one-term Land Commissioner George P. Bush in the March GOP primary.

Jeb's Last Best Hope for Bushism, Geo. P, had his job as TX Land Commissioner purchased for him by the Bush Machine. This job is typically on the glide path to Gov (and then President). Texans need to get behind Jerry, who was Land Commish before P. Jerry did a decent job before and at least managed to go a whole term without ceding the Alamo to the UN. P couldn't wait.

The Bushes know that tawny George P. is their last best hope for the future. They had hoped loser ¡Jeb! would hold the fort until George P. was properly groomed. But that time line has changed.

You can believe that every knife, vile of poison, fraud, and corrupt Bushian shenanigans will manifest itself in a diabolical effort to bring down Jerry Patterson. The stakes are way high here for the Bush Crime Family, and they will resort to any means to get their young prince re-elected.
