DNC Member: There's 'Less Funny Business' at the RNC
Townhall.com ^ | December 12, 2017 | Cortney O'Brien

The DNC Unity Commission is going about as well as last year's unity tour. Tom Perez took over as Democratic National Committee chair in February and hoped to bring the wings of the party together, hoping to prove that Hillary Clinton supporters and Bernie Sanders supporters can get along. Instead, he was met with boos and heckles by frustrated liberals who believe the DNC rigged the primary for Hillary. That theory got plenty of traction from Donna Brazile's bombshell of a book.

Failing to hold a fair election is bad enough, but according to one outspoken Democrat at the DNC Unity Commission meeting held last week, the committee has some serious management issues as well. DNC Unity Commission Member Elaine Kamarck didn't have much of anything good to say about her own committee, but she had plenty of praise for their Republican counterparts.

DNC Unity Commission Member Bashes DNC & Praises The RNC, “Less Funny Business… More Professional” (Video)

"I hate to admit this but there is a lot of scholarship backing this up," Kamarck said. "The management of the Republican National Committee has differed substantially from the management of the Democratic National Committee. There has been less funny business. It is more of a professional staff. They control their vendors. They put limits – I mean it's just embarrassing that I have to say this, and as a consequence, all I will do is refer you to all those silly news stories in September of 2016 that said, 'Oh, Hillary Clinton has 77 field offices in Pennsylvania and Donald Trump only has two.' Well, Donald Trump didn't need 77 because he had a fully-fledged, very professional Republican Party that has been operating for decades now. We are constantly beat by these guys. We need experience. We need a professional staff."

The members supposedly tried to address the competency issues at the meeting, and Kamarck commended her colleagues for at least identifying the problem. However, she said she doesn't believe the proposals that were floated around would stoke any meaningful results.

It can be said that Kamarck was taking a page out of Hillary Clinton's playbook. You may recall how Clinton, reflecting on her presidential election loss to Donald Trump, blamed a "bankrupt" Democratic Party on her defeat.

They are either going to hire the best people or they will hire against race and ethnic quotas: they won’t do both.

The Democrats are a collection of victim groups. Many wings dont even like each other, other wings have designs on ultimately enslaving others.

You cant “manage” this.

The Democrats are all in it for the money and easy sex. That’s where the time and budget is spent.

They figure they can just win elections through media coverage and fake polls.

er, no. You need to come up with a platform that doesn’t stink like a deer carcass at high noon.

Things the Dem's are good at: owning the fake media, cheating, channeling their hatred, constructing fantasy worlds, false accusations, rigging, lying, stealing, bribery and convincing their opponents to give up without a fight.

Things the Dem's are bad at: hard work, reflection, organization, merit- based anything, math, dealing with reality, personal responsibility, honesty...and the list goes on.

> hoping to prove that Hillary Clinton supporters and Bernie Sanders supporters can get along

The DNC encourages their supporters to “not get along”. Shout down speakers you don’t agree with. Get in their face. Get violent if needed. Don’t even have a conversation with those you disagree with because “that will legitimize them”.

They’d be stupid to think those attitudes would only apply to conservatives and republicans and not also happen within the party. More evidence they are stupid I guess.

> [RNC] is more of a professional staff.
RNC is run by business people.
DNC is run by community organizers. A big focus of community organizers is to cause problems and get attention. Professionalism is not an asset for stirring up unjustified anger and rage.

The DNC is bankrupt because they spent all their money on Lawyers and getting a fake Dossier written....and buying off Prestitutes to run with it.

happen within the party

Bolsheviks and Mensheviks come to mind. Lenin and Stalin were constantly purging people with whom their shared 99% agreement. Because 99% is not enough.

The Left doesn't work and play well with others. And they see almost everyone as "other".

Well, this is what happens when you’ve deep pockets (from shady sources) and assume that just by spending/hiring you’ll win elections. Except the opposite happens, you hire recklessly and become saturated with people that have no clue what they’re doing. Most being of average intelligence but full of hate.

Good luck sorting that out when everyone is going to be looking out for their job, the infighting will continue to tear them apart.

Well deserved!

“The Democrats are a collection of victim groups. Many wings dont even like each other, other wings have designs on ultimately enslaving others. You cant “manage” this.”

exactly, each victim group is trying to out-victim all the other victim groups, and each is trying to rise to the top of dung heap by climbing over all the rest. The Dems have only themselves to blame for this as they’re the ones who promulgated all of this victimhood and the ugly tactics being used as they turn against each other, using these tactics against internal opponents that they were supposed to use only against external opponents.

the irony of their ignorance.
They must know that there is no RNC Unity Commission.

Unprofessional, but they're still crooked as hell, as we Hitlery. The reason the DNC were financially broke was, she was the appointee (rather than nominee):

They are exactly like muslims. Muslims will unify against any common enemy. Once they are removed from those fights, they will eat each other alive.

Dems are no different. Circle the wagons against Conservatives, the Right, and Christians, bakers, or any other opposition. Once those groups are out of the picture, it is game on. They’re nothing but selfish spoiled brats that live in a perpetual, Temper Tantrum.

Agreed. Do everything and anything to keep schumer, pelosi, sanders, warren and all of the clintons, front and center. Their presence keeps the younger generation from rising up. It forces them to cannibalize each other.

You can change your management team and methods ‘til your heads fall off, but your message is the problem. It stinks on ice. You can sugar coat it, disguise it however you want, but it belongs in a coffin. It’s un-dead, and cannot show its true face in daylight.
