Dem Senators Call on Trump to Resign 'Immediately' (They can pound Sand!!!)
Townhall.com ^ | December 11, 2017 | Courtney O'Brian

Three of President Trump's female accusers spoke with NBC's Megyn Kelly Monday about their experiences, all claiming he took advantage of them sexually. Former beauty pageant contestant Samntha Holvey alleged that Trump made her feel like "a piece of meat," Rachel Crooks, a former receptionist, claimed he forcibly kissed her, and Jessica Leeds, a traveling saleswoman, says he groped and kissed her on an airplane. The White House has dismissed them as "false claims," as Kelly reiterated on her show.

These women's stories, however, were enough to convince Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) that the president needs to step down "immediately." Should Trump resist those calls, Gillibrand is prepared to call for congressional hearings.

"I think he should immediately resign, and if he doesn't, we should have the investigation," she said, calling the allegations "credible."

Three of her colleagues, Sens. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Jeff Merkley (D-OR), agree Trump needs to go. His crimes, they argue, are equal to or worse than those that derailed their colleague Al Franken's career.

"I just watched Senator Al Franken do the honorable thing and resign from his office," Booker said. "My question is, why isn't Donald Trump doing the same thing - who has more serious allegations against him, with more women who have come forward. The fact pattern on him is far more damning than the fact pattern on Al Franken."

House Democrats are just as busy in their quest to get Trump out of office. A whopping 58 representatives voted for a debate on the articles of impeachment introduced by Rep. Al Green (D-TX), but it ultimately failed. In the articles, Green described Trump as a bigot who is "unfit" to serve.

Democratic leaders like Nancy Pelosi are trying to tamp down such efforts - at least for now.

"Now is not the time," she and Minority Whip Steny Hoyer told their fellow Democrats last week.

Even the demented Pelosi realizes this is a losing strategy.

Lol...note to the left. We didn’t elect Trump to be “friends” with you, to appease your self esteem or indicate we wanted a compromise. We elected Trump to be wrecking ball, aimed directly at your hopes and dreams. And he is so very good at it you will meet final judgement before we ever allow you to hope to remove him. But keep dreaming, we enjoy feasting on your tears!

Years ago I remember telling my husband that I thought Old Joe Kennedy was a truly evil man.

I still feel that way——he MADE his sons into the men they became———and they all went to Mass every Sunday.

(Not Catholic bashing-—I’m hypocrite bashing.)

” says he groped and kissed her on an airplane. “

Which plane was this ? Because unless it said “TRUMP” on the side, or was before 1983 I don’t believe he’s ever been on someone elses plane.

Sanders wife is being investigated by the Feds, perhaps Bern should resign because he may have used his position and power to defraud Vermont banks.

Frisky Franken will be hanging around the Senate because the Dems plan on USING HIM to try and impeach Trump on past ‘sexual harassment’ allegations. Franken has a role to play in this and he’s willing to sacrifice himself to do it. There’s probably LOTS of goodies waiting for Franken at the end of the Soros/DeepState rainbow if impeachment of Trump is successful.

I claim Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) sexually offended me. She must resign immediately.

She looked at you like you were a piece of meat, and asked for your phone number.

Horrifying.

Oh to remember the cold-war 16 bit upgrade that allowed “#SiO2” as my net handle. It is still appropriate when dealing with these numbskulls.

Coming from the left, most of this is a dysfunctional cry for help. The left were fine with the sexual revolution and its generally permissive standards, so a lot of what they are saying is along the lines of “we were into this but now we’re not.”

The fact that it’s mostly boomer women and professional scolds bleating about all this sexual interest by those awful men has the atmosphere of an ill-advised effort to recreate the Victorian mentality in the modern age.

I really wish they would move on and give this a rest.

Red-blooded men hitting on women, you say? Shocking. In all my days, I never heard of such a thing. Did you?

They’re setting the stage for a full push on impeachment because they believe FOX’s recent poll which claims Moore will lose. If that happens it will prove that unsubstantiated accusations even if they are about something 40 years ago work.

Okay, I’m starting to get mad. I’d like to punch that Gillibrand wench in the face. Where was she when Bill Clinton was doing his thing, eh? Bill got his 8 years even though everyone knew damn good and well he was a horn dog of the first order and probably a rapist as well. Donald Trump gets his 8 years and then we can call it even, but I’ve had enough of this Johnny Come Lately morality.

My prime was in the 1950s————and we gals would have felt left out if we weren’t “hit on” occasionally.

Oddly enough, men respected women more then than they do now. We were treated VERY well.

I feel very bad for the current generation of humans. They are growing up at a time when “groping” has “apparently” gone out of fashion.

And note, when I put “apparently” in quotes it was not by mistake. When I was (much) younger we definitely had groping. I confirmed that with my wife. If the current generation has given it up I have to tell them that they are making a big mistake. And also note, my wife agrees with that as well.

But back to the quotes on “apparently”. They are there because I don’t actually believe for 2 seconds that groping is in decline. Quite the opposite I’m betting.

What has changed is the newly rediscovered political power of the sex allegation. I’m afraid it is not growing away soon but hoping very much that it will.
