A large proportion of faculty are either part-timers or on temporary contracts, so if they get scores which are deemed too low they may not be rehired.
Bonus? What is a bonus? I am not familiar with that concept.

I was being rhetorical, just using it as example...I might have said Free Museum Passes, but it didn’t have the same cachet...:)
