can't stand franken but it looks to me like he's almost touching as in mock touching. Maybe his fingertips are barely touching thick clothing but there's shadow under most of his hands. In other pics of him grabbing butts, the women are all smiling. All the rest are allegations. He thinks he's still a comedian. That's why "he remembers things differently".
