Lacking any semblance of justice in the criminal court, the cop should be charged on civil charges and/or let's hope a series of people find him alone and ...
Well, we we have a fair idea what justice is. He needs to get it good and hard.
“Ex-officer needs life in prison.
Unfortunately, this is what the public sees. This mentally twisted clown officer is from bizarro world. Yes, I know there are some bad police, but by far, most police officers are good people with good intentions.”
The shits of it is you just cant tell about cops anymore. Its like Russian roulette which one you are destined to have an interaction with. Human nature dictates that with instances like this we instinctively distrust and despise all cops. So they have succeded in alienating not only blacks but the population as a whole. Entirely the fault of politicians who control, train and oversee their street muscle.
It’s a shame to say, it’s one rare they they could be correct on; as we know, they often did it for the wrong reasons; to cover for black crime.
However, the cop that shot that guy running away in the back, and then took the taser over and dropped it by the body? (cell phone video). He definitely deserved what he got.
This specific one won’t. He gets away with it.
Oh, you prize your perception of intelligence, do you? My god, the idiocy that gets pawned off on the populace due to ego such as yours. This was murder and you’re still manning the barricades defending this piece of feces. What seems to be your major malfunction? Are you Mormon or something? Worried about the perception of Mesa, Arizona as a result of this utter abomination of a “trial” and acquittal?
What really matters is that the officers made it home safe to their families. Institutional mandated safety and security overrides pesky Constitutional liberties, citizens. Now, move along...we need to hose down the crime scene.
Let’s try that again:
“its one rare thing they could be correct on (in a circumstance such as this)”
I was a cop for over 20 years . As much as I respect and defend Law Enforcement, the cop in the video should have been charged with manslaughter. I am speechless. Being in this type of scenario, several times, there is no reason why a second officer could not have secured the subject,as he was lying prone on the ground with his hands extended outward. The moment the officer started giving multiple orders, the whole scenario went hairy. You see how scared and confused the subject was. It should have been over before it started. Im telling you, this officer was lucky that had I been at this scene with him, he would not have been happy with my statement to IAB and the DA. Outrageous.
Bump to your statements.
“Surely a policeman gunning down an unarmed man in his underwear begging for his life is as “fascist” as you can get...? “
This shooting was purely for sport and the cop getting his rocks.
Where’s the JBT defenders that believe the police do no wrong?
I support cops 99 percent of the time as many of the videos are edited and most prove cops to be in the right.
This is murder. That young man was intimidated and confused.
The cop issuing the commands deserves to be slapped in the face for his behavior and spend the rest of his life in prison.
And a minuscule number will speak out against it, maybe a couple will even say something publicly.
Let me know if you hear of one who does, please.
As far as anyone knows, their continuing silence equals approval. *sigh*
Yes exactly as they have been in the past. Internal affairs clears them nearly every time.
“I won’t watch the video because I don’t want to arouse the anger, disgust, and hatred I know will well up inside of me.

Ah but the beauty of it is he can go out and pass the NICS check and buy a new gun. Meanwhile, democrats don’t want hero vets with PTSD (who doesnt have it if you’ve been in combat) or grandma with a guardian to be able to have guns. Or if you are taking medical marijuana for excruciating pain our federal masters frown on gun ownership.
The worlds only superpower.
Some seem to think I am arguing for this policeman, even though I specifically said that he does not need to be in law enforcement ( My original post #31), in the Chicago Tribune article (see link above with video) that was posted yesterday. Additionally I stated my utter surprise that the jury acquitted him, rightly or wrongly. What I did say is that I wasn't present in the court room, nor was I on the jury to determine how they came to their verdict. That perhaps something came out in the trial that is not being reported on. After all, the press is famous for leaving out critical information if it does not support the agenda they are pushing.
Bottom line though is that the jury did acquit him. The only conclusion I can come to for that finding, was his move towards his waistband.
“I dont believe that one bit, the vast majority of LEOs abhor this as much as any of us do. Bad apples will be dealt with thru the rulé of law, as they have been in the past.”
Optimist.
Then he can spend the rest of his life looking for the real murderer...
AG Sessions appears to be a tired, old man who is out of his league. The optics are bad, and perhaps the reality as well.
I don’t expect any investigation of this or anything else.
