"higher ups have had a really bad two years,"

When was Ruby Ridge? When was Waco?

Just as Islam is tainted by radicals, so is the FBI tattered by renegade political rogues at the top. Down deeper, the FBI is as was characterized by the Director in his testimony yesterday.

The FBI is in fact in tatters as the top echelon chose to carryout political sabotage to damage Republicans in general and Candidate/President Trump in particular. The whole democrat party is complicit on so many levels the task of sorting it all out is monstrous.

Several wide open entryways were discussed in the hearings yesterday. There has to be fear at the lower levels of various Democrat controlled entities. THese minions will crack and present evidence for protection against prosecution. They know they are guilty...... just look at Ron Flynn

Their reputation is not in tatters

Oh, but it is and every one of them needs to know that and work on fixing it. That starts with holding each other accountable for service in the public interest from top to bottom.

“revelations of bias and improper conduct by the Department of Justice”.
And not one of these criminal mookabookers will ever see the inside of a prison where they belong.
Is it any wonder NO one has any confidence or trusts the federal gub mint?

Gowdy does his job, year after year and doesn’t have the power to force the right thing to be done - don’t blame him, blame the GOPE/RINOs that have had so much actionable info from his work but who have chose to sit on their thumbs.

Ryan’s “above the fray”, as always.

Blame Gowdy or don’t blame Gowdy goes like this for me. He has a full chairmanship now. Before, when he talked great and accomplished nothing, he was a sub-committee chair and could not move the Speaker. He has until November 1 of next year to show results and not earn a full fraud label.

His worrisome attitude toward immigrant “children” could be part real part passing in the dark. As a legislator he has real work to do.

And the leadership of the last few years is entirely to blame.

Just the last few years? How about Ruby Ridge and Waco? I'd say the rot goes back decades.

Gowdy’s right on this.. his job is help uncover the truth. He’s not a cop or an FBI agent. He’s doing HIS job and doing it well...

Agree - and a lot of McConnell/Ryan types would love for Gowdy to fall - he has been shedding light on a lot of crap for a long time w/o the power to actually do much - now he is a little more potent but not an entity unto himself - any cooperation at all and he could do a lot of swamp clearing.
