So because Cambodia won’t take him is why he’s still here or else he would be gone for the past 16 years. If our prior leadership would have said no matter if you want him back or not we’re sending him this never happens.

I wonder if he thought about the consequences of his actions when he acted criminally. Sometimes life is just not fair. He is a young man but mature enough to establish himself in a new culture. This is his opportunity to begin a new life. Hope he makes the most of it.
