Not being an expert on Islam, as far as I understand, Allah would not that allow to happen. So yes, it would invalidate Islam. What would follow, I have no idea.

Their 'god' resides with that 'silly stone' ... were it destroyed musselmen would have no choice ... humiliation in the West is not a big deal - one hides for a bit then carries on - not in the ME where humiliation is a huge deal - a cause for revenge, murder, etc.

Their 'god' determines everything down to the subatomic scale - thus the common saying - if allah wills ... to have allah destroyed would be to prove that it is a false god unworthy of adoration and subordinate to the Christian/Jewish G-D.
