Her again? I thought she was thoroughly disproved during the campaign. Financially stressed and altogether twilight zone material, they think they can destroy a sitting president this way? May I remind you that the courts ruled several times that Clinton claimants had to wait until after his term was over and the only reason Paula Jones was able to continue her case was because it happened *while* Clinton was president.
I guess Gloria is still representing her according to the article. Doesn’t specifically say so but quotes her but I believe those quotes are really from the year before.

Oops. sorry. I had Paula Jones’ case confused with Kathleen Willey’s. But there was some loophole why her case was allowed against a sitting president.

In Jones v Clinton the Supreme Court is pretty adamant that the federal courts have jurisdiction.

I categorically reject this idea. The president is not a king. Not that I want to see Trump harassed like this, but setting the chief executive above the law for potentially eight years is justice delayed, and justice denied.
