"This Congress doesn’t work for working families,” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) tweeted early Saturday morning. “It works for corporate lobbyists & campaign donors in backroom deals & 1:30 a.m. votes.”
She added, “This corruption is hollowing out America’s middle class & tearing down our democracy.”

The D’s had plenty of opportunity to help shape the plan
This is nothing but bloviating by the corrupt Dem senators. So they couldn’t read the bill before they voted, they wanted no part in drafting it and weren’t going to vote for it anyway, so what is the big deal. It’s just the samo-o-same-o for the party that has self identified as the resistance. Their leaders say do this and they do, they say don’t do that and they don’t. Talk about a group of people who can’t think for themselves.
