By giving Ross a 4-week suspension without pay, ABC is basically admitting culpability.
They probably already have the accounting department figuring out how many $millions this will cost them in litigation, while the legal department is trying to determine how many lawyers they are going to need.
Luckily for them, this is not a type of case Gloria Allred would normally take. She might make an exception, however.
I guess the only thing that will get you fired is screwing the Intern’s and getting caught.

IF... IF... God wants to keep our country the Godly country it once was... to show their hypocrisy, I think He has brought all of their dirt out in the open.. if we had had a plan to get their attention, we would not have thought this one up.
There’s enough to shut them up for awhile!! and the rest had better watch their backs... they know they are not in a very good spot.
All their complaints/attacks are pitiful small stuff compared to what they had in their closets.
Brian Ross is the latest ‘Big Hairy finger’ to shake the market. There needs to be an investigation. For as stupid as they think Trump is, I think they can see America is sick of it, and given a little time and Swamp draining, the media will be held accountable by the law and courts that are being remade.

The media, in general, is undergoing a profound crisis of public confidence. This was big enough that they simply had to do something. Frankly, I am surprised he wasn’t fired. Probably, the contract penalty was too high.
While FR readers have had no confidence in the media for a long time, this gaff is likely to affect even their stalwart liberal audience. Doing nothing simply wasn’t an option.
The upshot of this is, the media will probably tone down their bias. As they do, their ratings and credibility will go up. Right now, CNN, for example, is dead last in the ratings. They are also the most biased of the media circus. I think the media is slowly catching on that fewer people are “buying” what they are selling.
