NBC says 'after a serious review" - the allegation was made yesterday and by quitting time - he's fired? After 20 years?

yup...i’ve worked for the same company and in the same office for almost 31 years...new people think i’m grumpy and unfriendly because i don’t speak to them- but you know what?
i purposely keep my mouth shut for all these year and don’t speak unless i am spoken to for fear that something i say may be taken the wrong way...
