Some San Diego State University students are undergoing what organizers acknowledge is a “disturbing” series of “sensory experiences” in an attempt to drive out students’ prejudicial tendencies and help make them less oppressive.
The annual workshop, “Journey to a Shared Humanity,” is described on the university’s website as a way for organizers to get students to “step outside their comfort zone and into the shoes of those who are struggling with oppressive circumstances.”

How long will it be before people are locked up in mental institutions, drugged, given electroshock therapy, or lobotomized for expressing politically incorrect attitudes? That certainly seems to be the direction in which we’re headed.
It's even worse than A Clockwork Orange. In that fictional universe, brainwashing techniques were being used to deal with violent criminals. The PC Left wants to use these methods for punishing people for being insufficiently supportive of multiculturalism and the cult of "diversity."

Indeed. And we're headed in the same direction. The only difference is that "insanity" in the Soviet Union was defined as disagreement with Marxist-Leninist dogma, while "insanity" in Multicultural America is defined as skepticism of the 'Diversity is Strength' dogma. Different flavors of the same basic ideology.

Somehow I get the feeling that these “workshops” are just excuses to torture of students for personal thrills by the “professors” and their Igors.
It gives them a chance to see what “works” and what “doesn’t work”.
All that is missing are the hooded capes and hot irons.
Nah, one of the displays was a truck driver laying on the ground, his head smashed by a rock and the person that did it standing over him dancing. sarc
This happens every year in a (1946) movie at Christmas starring Jimmy Stewart, Donna Reed, Lionel Barrymore and Thomas Mitchell called It’s a Wonderful Life.
The government could have saved a whole lot of money on the grant by just showing the movie time after time.
