Attorneys who filed one of the first lawsuits after the Oct. 1 mass shooting that killed 58 concert-goers and left hundreds injured on the Las Vegas Strip filed four new negligence cases Monday on behalf of more than 450 victims.
This time, however, Houston-based lawyers Chad Pinkerton and Mo Aziz filed the cases in Los Angeles against companies including MGM Resorts International, the corporate owner of both the Mandalay Bay resort and the Route 91 Harvest Festival concert venue.
Pinkerton said the intent was to get the cases before a jury less likely to be influenced by the size and clout of a casino company that is both an active political contributor in Nevada and the largest employer in the state.

Has anyone noticed since the October 1 massacre in Las Vegas, one or more of the big box stores have “sanitized” their background music by eliminating any and all selections that bear any resemblance to Country & Western? I have noticed. And while I can’t mention any names I can tell you it’s a nice big hardware store. Guess they don’t want to be accused of inciting violence by playing “racist” background music in their stores. Your hundred thousand dollar ABA seditious treasonous anti-constitutionalist lawyers at work.

Thanks to the crack reporting on the LV shooting, I have no idea how many of these supposed 500 victims were hit by gunfire and how many were injured in the stampede to vacate the arena.
The reporting always suggests gunfire but if that were truly the case,it would be explicitly clear - and it isn’t.

The article states, no sprained ankles, etc. Strictly gunshot wounds.
FWIW, somewhere I saw an interview with a Las Vegas ER doctor, who stated that the vast majority of injuries were gunshots...very few trampling related.

I don’t see any grounds for a suit.
S happens folks.
You can’t do enough things to stop the ill effects of “CRAZY”.
Attorneys are off the top of the chart when it comes to bottom feeders.
these suits are “sins of the father” suits.
they seek money for the illegal acts of another.
these are nusance suits.
If vics and families want answers, this may be the only way to get them.
