He is defending Moore, but how can he know his step mom is lying? Most likely she is, but how can he say?
My guess would be he believes it because of personal experience.

Exactly- I listened to his video and it was really uncompelling- basically his defense of moore is “He’s a really good guy and i believe him’ and his accusations against his step mom is “She lied’ without giving us any proof she did so- We know she is very likely lying- but when someone comes out and simply states he doesn’t believe her, without giving a strong reason why, it doesn’t amount to much
I believe he has reason to believe she is lying- but he did not articulate the reason why he believes it at all- It woudl have beech more compelling had he given reasons or proof that she is untrustworthy (ie: This woman has a history of making false accusations, and has lost several court cases where she claimed something happened yet provided no compelling proof that it did happen- or “She was caught time and time again in lies- here are just a few examples”) or something to that effect
His video just did not come across too strongly- He kept repeating over and over again “Moore is a good guy, I believe him and back him all the way”- That basically was his defense of Moore- no real proof-

Well, if he lived with her for any length of time, and Moore was in the public eye the whole time, and she never ventured anything the whole time, she probably is lying. She lied about the year book and she lied about not ever having any subsequent contact with Moore. So she is capable of lying.
Or maybe I'm just willing to believe him because he reinforces my belief that liberals are lying scum. But whatever the reason, I DO believe him.
She is, in his experience, the mother of lies.
