Yes, they did a good in 2016. Trump kept edging up with the % probability of winning. Loved it.
If the Democrat wins, it will be hailed as a referendum on Trump and proof that his influence is already waning.
If the Republican wins, it will be “old news” by morning and not reflective of the national mood.

Voted for Ed around mid-morning in southern York County, at the edge of the 2nd Congressional District. Area is normally R+6-R+7; rest of the district (which stretches across the James River into Suffolk and further south) is more competitive.
In my precinct, parking lot was full at 10 am. Line down the hallway, but not out the door, as is usually the case in presidential election. Young woman handing out sample Dim ballots wasn’t doing any business.
If turnout is low across NOVA and higher in Republican areas like mine, Gillespie may get a very nice birthday present.
Last year’s election we watched PBS, most of the evening, Judy Woodruff and Mark Shields were the hosts with some others. They called it before ABCNNBCBS or FOX.......................

As the democrat biased anchors were saying on the election night on the networks in 2016, “I guess the electorate haven’t become people of color enough yet”. “Well, non white toddlers are now in the majority, then everything will be different.”
These people have no shame. Where did these people come from? They were brought over the border ILLEGALLY, to change the country to the core, because a free country that values independence and hates tyranny was something the leftists could NOT do without illegally importing people from OTHER countries without an understanding of American style freedom. So they had to destroy the integrity of our borders and slowly bring people over here until one by one the states are demographically under the control of leftists. All illegally.
There’s no blessing in that. And like everything else done out of order, disaster awaits from it.
