The “justice” system is a travesty.
As always, it comes down to the blackrobe passing judgement as she feels about the issue, regardless of right or wrong.
This will be a self correcting problem at the end of the trail.
Bust the judge down to private and dishonorably discharge him.
I see Bergdahl’s walking around free as an opportunity for someone.

The President tweets “too much”?
We have an open view, most of the time, on what Donald Trump considers to his concern of the moment. Firm opinions, expressed in unambiguous language, and providing an insight to what he may have in mind in the future.
President Trump is nothing if not WAY more transparent that just about anybody who has ever held the office before.
So it’s Trump’s fault according to this idiot.
That judge has NO IDEA what he has done by his extremely poor decision, he will NOT BE WALKING AWAY from the political outfall anytime soon. I hope he gets “crucified” by the American military and the American people, he definitely deserves it.
The rule of law does not apply to everyone equally in this country.
There certainly was no justice in this case.
Illegal immigrants and others afforded the protection of their race is another case.
Politically tied folks as the Clintons and top Democrat Party officials is another.

When you had a liberal judge determined to set a traitor free, anything the President said was rendered moot well in advance.
Bergdahl deserved the death penalty. Its to our country’s eternal shame he didn’t get it and escaped the consequences of his betrayal of his fellow comrades under arms.

I don't know if there is such a think as a "miss trial" in the military courts but this Col. Jeffery R. Nance of the Army is obviously political hack... I believe his ruling was designed to embarrass Trump...
The Liberals, who have failed to successfully rebrand and improve their “brand” by adopting the “Progressive” label, continue to jump the shark and isolate themselves from informed, mainstream, America- and freedom-loving US citizens. They are left with their lies and contorted logic inside their echo chambers and safe zones, with their more extreme elements traitorously reaching out covertly for support and alliance to America’s external enemies.
There has to be a way to deal with judges. It is 1/3 of the 3 branches, and they seem to rule with impunity. The receive no oversite!!!
Some of these clowns on the bench do NOT observe the Constitution which they took an oath to defend.
There has to be a way to recall or dispensed of some of these charlatans. But how???
