You cannot indict a president, and Mueller can’t prosecdute Manafort, because he has been Mueller’s client.
In fact Mueller is likely to be subject to disbarment for investigating him.

I still stand by my original theory..Manafort AND the Podesta brothers get indicted..Tucker Carlson had a scoop earlier this week about the whole scenario..that basically the whole Russian Collusion thing, it was NEVER about Trump and Russia, it was about Clinton and Russia the entire time..but Manafort is knee deep in it and obviously so are the Podestas

It would be just as easy to surmise that the last few days’ flurry of uranium news and who-paid-Fusion are evidence that the Trump team feels the noose tightening.
There is nothing to conclude at this point.
If I had to guess where this is going, I would ask, “who is the most sophisticated in manipulating the government?” and “who has the power of the swamp most firmly behind them?”
