Yea, the part that said "Donald J Trump is an American male...." completely checked out, so indeed some of what it said was corroborated.
NOUN false information that is intended to mislead, especially propaganda issued by a government organization to a rival power or the media.
The "not fake" part is that Trump was a candidate for President.

Of course there’s true things in it! When you’re looking to put a major smear on somebody you need to tie facts to the lie. They paid millions to determine what facts they could blend with the lie. If everything was wrong it would have zero credibility, they had to raise the credibility by having verifiable facts.

Obama was surveilling his opponents. He did this all throughout his presidency (and I would said, before he was president). This is his MO.
The fake document was cover for his illegal surveillance of Trump, as was the whole “Russia!” story. A lot of people are in legal jeopardy if this falls apart. Mueller absolutely has to thread the needle and find something or even he himself is in jeopardy.
The Clintons and Obamists were colluding with all comers, Russia included. The “Russia!” story helps distract attention from what they were really doing and who was actually colluding with who.
Another thing: Trump came into office hoping to establish a working relationship with Putin. By pounding the “Russia!” story, they have at least temporarily made that impossible, at least in public.

Apparently that is true for deep state players like Mr. Clapper. So, while it is wholly uncorroborated, and may well be incorrect, the massacre in Las Vegas, according to some sources, may have been ordered by Mr. Clapper, or one of his associates.

4chan says they originally composed the Russian hooker story, and passed it off to Rick Wilson.

It seems to me probable that Brennan would have known of Steele from his CIA days. I wonder if Brennan - knowing of old Manafort’s linkages to the Podesta group - colluded with Steele to approach the Russians, and then in turn have the law firm hire Steele.
Brennan should be asked if he knew of Steele prior to the dossier, and had any conversations with him regarding Trump.
Just seems kinda of odd they hire Steele, a Russia House man, right out of the gate to investigate. That was his expertise. Unfortunately, for them, it is blowing up now in their faces.
