Presuming this 'dossier' has some biographical and itinerary facts within it, then OBVIOUSLY it is not ENTIRELY false, thus it allows for this mealy-mouthed wording. What is CRIMINAL is that piece of excrescence is the foundation cornerstone of the Muller Probe. If it is opposition research funded by the losing candidate and party, then this is malfeasance of taxpayer funds at the very least.

Integration of facts not pertinent to the essential content of the dossier would be ordinary elements of tradecraft; the fact that Clapper can make this claim is actually further evidence that the document was fabricated by spies.
Yes, and if there are any suggestions of wrongdoing in there, which cannot be explicitly DISPROVEN, they will be allowed to linger by the MSM as having possibly happened. I noticed that all of NBC was using the word “salacious” for the findings about Trump that were reportedly included in the dossier.
I don’t know why I keep expecting the MSM to change direction and be DECENT and HONEST, but there is no evidence that it might ever happen.
