Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign and the DNC broke the law by hiding payments to unearth dirt on Donald Trump, according to a complaint filed Wednesday with the FEC. Mark Elias, Clinton campaign layer, reportedly paid the DC-based research firm Fusion GPS — and failed to disclose the payments, the complaint says.
Campaign Legal Center, the nonprofit that filed the documents with the FEC, claims this is a direct violation of campaign finance law, which requires campaign and party committees to report all their spending. “The DNC and 'Hillary for America' reported payments totaling millions of dollars to the law firm Perkins Coie described as ‘Legal Services’ or ‘Legal and Compliance Consulting,” when some of the payments were earmarked for conducting opposition research on Donald Trump. By failing to file accurate reports, the DNC and 'Hillary for America' undermined the vital role that accurate campaign reporting serves.”
FEC records show Clinton's campaign and the DNC reported 382 payments to Perkins Coie. While it’s legal to pay a company to do opposition research, it’s unlawful to hide the true purpose.
Adav Noti, senior director of trial litigation and strategy at CLC and former FEC official, explained in a statement: “Voters need campaign disclosure laws to be enforced so they can hold candidates accountable for how they raise and spend money. The FEC must investigate this apparent violation and take appropriate action.”

Since the Lawyer involved Knew he was Breaking the Law, and the Law Firm in question had to know they were breaking the law. I guarantee you there were meetings about all this, especially since they got paid $9 Million Dollars.
Shouldn’t they all be Disbarred and ARRESTED for this Criminal Enterprise to thwart campaign finance laws???

Correct. What is going to do all these folks in, is the concealment of illegal actions. If it was OK/Legal, there was no need to conceal. Additionally, there is the tax element. Did anyone deduct it as a “business expense”, was it included in assets, payments put down on organizational balance sheets as a liability? Did the receiving party document it as income from said party?
This could get good, unless the fix is in.
Some of the big financial cover up scandals of the past were busted open by the process of a thorough audit.
Perkins Coie would appear to be in a situation that might resemble Arthur Anderson...

In light of this, and the involvement of Soros in global elections, damn what a crock.
Meanwhile, in my profession (overwhelmingly conservative) we are pretty much not allowed to give money to politicians or election pacs. (wall street) We are required to report to our company and the regulatory bodies every qtr whether we gave money to any political cause. Talk about a violation of the first amendment huh?

Liz, We are finally approaching full disclosure. Hillary will never admit anything. The final solution would be to put the Awan Case together with all of the known information. The CF computers and the DNC computers were in sinc. They know who paid for what(the Dossier included). All names are on one side of the paperwork or the other. Sessions could clear this up in an hour. So could a Special Prosecutor. Instead the “powers” will spin, lie and obfuscate as long as they can. Sad no one will put the hammer down on the frauds.
So how do we get AG Sessions to put down the Joint and actually do something?

Two Awans have been indicted for several months. Court is slow playing. They are only indicted for a few “side crimes”. Bank/Mortgage Fraud and stealing equiptment. No one has ever analyzed the computers. Computers show everything including the entire link to the Clinton FoundATION. The CF has files on everything. Nice deconstruction.....no question Sessions could clear this up in an hour. Yet I think a reexamination is advantageous to our side.....b/c some have not heard the appalling details as thoroughly as we have.
