Looks like I’ll be flying American from now on.
I have yet to figure out how the wife of a dead E5 can be disrespected by getting a condolence call from CIC.

Even having “American” as part of their corporate title would be deemed “insensitive” by some mentalities.
American Airlines, like every other corporate entity, has at some time or other done things that do not earn them a really high score on the public relations aspect, and certain rather vindictive and manipulative factions turn this lapse (or lapses) to their advantage. Overall, most of these corporate entities can recover, but a few are taken down in flames, which is considered a “victory” for the Social Justice Warriors.
American Airlines could profit from this, they could advertise “black free flights”, thereby eliminating a large source of loud, obnoxious passengers.
Yea. . .American Airlines “disturbing behavior” is they are late on their “contributions” to these shakedown artists.
Exactly. First class did not follow them onto the plane as a black privilege.

I wonder how much of this has to do with certain passengers not knowing how to act on a plane and thinking ‘they don’t have to do what you say?’
