Diversity + proximity = violence.
I’ve always said that this country fell apart in the late 60’s and 70’s. I thought it was the hippies.
More and more people are coming to understand the liberal definition of "diversity" is only skin deep and has nothing to do with ideas or thoughts. In fact, to liberals a black, a hispanic, or a woman with ideas not normally associated to them (by libs) is anathema to them.
Diversity eats shit!!!!
I HATE all the “diversity” bullshit I get from my two alma maters in the e-mail almost every week!!!! It is why I do NOT give to “unrestricted funds”, but to research institutes associated with the two universities!!!!

Lowering standards to achieve so called “diversity”, is cultural suicide. AKA “affirmative action”.
Fact is, some folks just aren’t up to the task. Changing the rules to appease them, is watering down the overall workforce. Like water, stupidity seeks its own level.
“Celebrate diversity!” That’s the common slogan I’ve seen for decades. I always correct it by saying somethgin like, “I celebrate unity.”
Diversity is simply a raw condition that needs to be explored, debated with honesty, and developed into unity of purpose and activity, tempered by morality and common decency.
It’s simple. Diversity is where you MUST look different but believe what secular, world-government socialists tell you.
The left needed a reason to justify hiring people who are less qualified than white males. “Diversity” is the only reason they could come up with where being white automatically disqualifies you from a job. Why do you think they get upset when someone says “the most qualified candidate should be hired”? The most qualified candidate is almost always a white guy.

Diversity is the means to the end of nationalism, on the path to slavery under the one world government. Why else would you tax your citizenry to replace them with the dregs of Islam and a welfare society?
It was the melting pot that built this country... not the balkanization of “diversity” guaranteed to keep all the “identities” fomented by the left at each others throats.
