My squadron, VAQ-140 Patriots, was the first ECM squadron qualified on the HARM. That was back in ‘85 or early ‘86.

The French do have a rocket-assisted system called the AASM, which comes in various sizes. But given the lower manufacturing volumes, it's very expensive.
