Mexican law enforcement officers last weekend arrested the man believed to be the final fugitive from the “rip crew” that engaged in a 2010 gunfight between Border Patrol agents that resulted in the death of agent Brian Terry.
Jesus Rosario Favela Astorga was charged Monday with first-degree murder in the killing of Terry.
"The arrest of Favela Astorga resulted from the unwavering commitment of the United States and our law enforcement partners in Mexico to bring to justice those responsible for the murder of Agent Brian Terry, who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving his country," Alana Robinson, the acting U.S. attorney, said in a statement.

Hundreds of Mexicans have died from Obama's Fast and Furious gun trafficking.
Operation Fast & Furious had as its central purpose the subversion of the US Constitution. The program's strategy was to gin up a furor over guns sourced in the US being used in Mexican crime so that the US public could be stampeded into restricting the 2nd Amendment. Since few such guns were being used in Mexico more had to be supplied. They also had to show up at crime scenes so that they could be traced back to the US to 'prove' the Obama administration's assertions.
F&F was a program cynically designed to result in Mexican deaths - so that 'evil' US-sourced guns could be found at the crime scenes and US gun laws could be blamed for the carnage. Holder, Napolitano, Hillary and Obama and a host of their minions cooked up this program knowing that Mexicans would die - in fact, needing Mexicans to die for this scheme to work. The Obama administration was cynically willing to slaughter Hispanics to accomplish their political purposes.
There was no "botch", as the press would have it. The only "botch" in the scheme was F&F guns turning up to get Americans killed too.
