Operation Rescue has received confirmation from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene that the new late-term abortion facility located at 10401 Old Georgetown Road, Suite 104 in Bethesda, Maryland, is not licensed as an abortion facility as required by state law.
The facility, currently operating under the name AbortionClinics.org, Inc., is run by Nebraska late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart.
That means any abortions he plans to do beginning on October 17, 2017, would be illegal.
Since Operation Rescue released the address of Carhart’s secret new abortion facility yesterday, the AbortionClinics.org web site has been changed to show a location in Bethesda, Maryland, along with an announcement that it would be “Offering advanced gestation abortion care in Maryland Starting Tuesday, October 17th!”
“There is no way Carhart could get the Bethesda location licensed by next Tuesday. It looks like he thought he could sneak some abortions in under the radar without having to comply with licensing laws,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue. “This is just another example of how much disregard Carhart has for the law and for the safety of his patients.”
Operation Rescue researchers uncovered the location of Carhart’s unlicensed abortion business through a successful undercover investigation.
Today, two complaints were filed by Operation Rescue with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and with the Maryland Board of Physicians.
“We trust that any effort to open that Bethesda facility without a valid license will be met with swift action on the part of Maryland authorities, who are already aware of the situation,” said Newman.
Meanwhile, local and national pro-life leaders plan to hold a press conference outside the illegal Bethesda abortion office on October 17, 2017, to announce further plans to oppose the dangerous new facility. Details to follow.

I'm certain that the muckety-mucks who frequent Balducci's, the Red Door Salon, and the other establishments in the Wildwood Shopping Center will enjoy having their space invaded by the poor unwashed coming to have their babies ripped apart (regardless of how they feel about being pro-"choice").
It also means that any abortions done there would be premeditated murder and all those who are party to such human butchery should be arrested and charged.
And if Maryland officials do not arrest and charge the people with murder, Maryland declares itself to be an abortion.
He should just go ahead and put up a big statue to molech and call it a religion already.

Just as the United States (and its Allies) used the Nuremburg trials to convict and sentence Nazi criminals to prison or execution, so should the citizens of the United States elect and demand representatives establish Nuremberg-style trials in the United States to try, convict and sentence abortionist politicians, judges, doctors, businessmen, and others for genocidal murder of people of the womb, crimes against humanity, and treason.
And it should be legislated that the bodies of the 1973 SCOTUS Roe v. Wade majority (Blackmun, Burger, Douglas, Brennan, Stewart, Marshall, Powell) be dug up and disposed of in undisclosed landfills.
In the Abstract to his paper, “Nuremberg and the Crime of Abortion” (University of Toledo Law Review, Vol. 42 Winter 2011, p. 283-394), Prof. Jeffrey C. Tuomala writes (p. 283):
“The Nuremberg tribunals generally limited their jurisdiction over crimes against humanity to offenses committed during wartime. The post-WWII doctrine that high-level government officials are liable for massive human rights violations committed against their own citizens in peacetime has become widely accepted and has major implications for international criminal law.”In his conclusion, Prof. Tuomala writes (p. 394):
“The prosecution’s theory that the German government unlawfully encouraged abortion by providing or funding abortion services directly applies to the U.S. government’s practice of providing abortion services in federal facilities and providing funding for abortions. The prosecution’s theory that the German government committed crimes against humanity by prohibiting Polish courts from punishing abortion is analogous to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade, which effectively prohibited states from protecting unborn children.”

Yes, this abortion facility is near a large high school. But god forbid you should have a liquor store, strip club or smoke shop near a high school.
