At least they beat Texas today. Still have a tough schedule ahead.
Yes, pretty tough.
Then players would not have to stand in those countries...
There is so much racism in the South that it makes me mad.
The NFL players do have a point.
I am proud that my alma mater does one of the first to break the segragation barrier in the South.
Since this is Sunday, maybe the place where the barrier was broken should be a NATIONAL HISTORIC LANDMARK.
This would be Our Lady of Wisdom Church/Chapel on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
I have a brick on the walk of honor there...
But at that time public transportation was SEGREGATED thanks to the dimwit Democrats throughout the South.
The Bishop of New Orleans, Rummel, broke the code barrier by allowing African American students to attend.
It is the type of thing that President Donald Trump would do: he is not a racist.
And what happened in 1954? This happened that long ago.
At the time that my alma mater, ULL for short, broke the segregation barrier, there was no place on campus for these African American students to feel safe.
It was only at Our Lady of Wisdom that the barrier was broken.
After all, I was at one time good friends with Dr. Alveda King, and she is a supporter of President Donald Trump. So if we can help solve our race issues, we can Make America Great Again
