Something started developing just west of Nate around midnight. I've been watching it and so far, it isn't being drawn into Nate's center. I don't know if it has to do with what the vlogger pointed out and don't have a clue what affect it will have on Nate's intensity but it's an odd thing to see what it's doing to the eye currently.

All I can say is if this thing was moving at 8 knots instead of 22 it could be a three before it hit. But at a 22 knot forward speed I'll be surprised if it's a two. Pretty good size however. May give us a blow or two here in the fab Fla. Keys. We have had so much tropical BS for the past month we are almost immune.
We just wake u in the morning and first thing we do is look at what tropical event we have to deal with this week and go on about our business.Rough storm season so far for us.
Huge piles of debris still begin removed from the Keys. We found out that only 48 trucks are being used by the clown who was hired to clean up the Keys instead of the 200 promised, some heads will roll for that one.

We still have mountains of debris at the curb too. We were told the trucks were originally sent south. We can expect the dry brush to be picked up by the end of October.

Here’s the Tortugas at 4:00 am:
Buoy PLSF1
26 knots sustained gusts to 30 out of the SE—140 degrees,
barometer—29.84 and falling air temp. 83.8.
The eye of this thing has to be less than 100 miles away from the Tortugas I would guess.
Any crawfish traps out there will most likely be destroyed as they were during Irma up here.
My neighbor lost half of his 800 traps.

It could be. I dunno. I’m not a meteorologist.
I’ve just watched several storm systems on that site the past couple of years and haven’t seen that setup before.
I need to stop watching it now, though, and head for the pillows. I just realized it’s about bedtime. But I’ll be keeping a close eye on the storm after I wake up because it’s supposed to run right over us. The stronger it gets before making landfall, the stronger it’ll be when it reaches TN.
Prayers up for all in its path on its way up.

I know for a fact that both trump and Gov. Scott have done a stellar job trying to get the entire state back together, its just that some of the people they have to deal with are unscrupulous.
They will leave one area to go to another even if they have a contract,it’s all about coin.

I bet its extratropical by the time it hits Tenn.
The eye of Irma went over us at The Villages in North central Fl. and it was not all that big an event by then, lots of tree damage but thats it.

Seems buoy LLRR110 in the Yuccatan basin got a glimpse of
Nate yesterday at 4:10 pm
They had gusts of 60 knots with a 78.8 air which is very hurricaneesque while being in water of 85.3.shows this thing was building yesterday afternoon.
