I’ve been there...it’s horrifying. The killing field outside Phnom Penh (just one of a couple hundred) still has teeth, bones, clothing scattered all around, and the obelisk filled with hundreds of skulls. Yet Pol Pot died a peaceful death in his home village in northeast Cambodia. One can still see Khmer Rouge walking around in Phnom Penh, wearing the trademark scarf.
