Clearly from he photos, these are two different Marilou Danleys. There's about a 30 year age difference.

A public records search of Clark County Court cases revealed that Paddock filed a lawsuit against the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hotel and resort. Tecords show he was suing for “Negligence – Premises Liability.”
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Paddock sued the casino after he fell. Paddock claimed he “slipped and fell on an obstruction on the floor” and was injured because of the “dangerous condition.”
According to the records, the lawsuit was filed in September 2012. It was dismissed with prejudice on October 3, 2014. The two sides reached a settlement paid through arbitration.

This guy had a pilot’s license, served in the military, had access to full auto weapons.

Most of these weapons break down into a size that could be put into suitcase or duffle bag, or just stick them in a couple of golf bags, etc. Lots of ways to get them into the room, I doubt he had them on slings over his shoulder going up the elevators.

Hell - our own “intelligence” agencies can’t keep track of folks for 6 months even after investigating them for terror ties - no casino can keep track of that many people for years on end - unless they get caught counting cards or otherwise “cheating” them out of money....
