13News reporter says her source said the guy had 10 automatic weapons and 2000 rounds in the hotel room.
He had cameras set up so he could see who was approaching the hotel room via corridor.
He apparently killed himself when he saw LEOs approaching his room.
He was located because the smoke alarm(s) in the hotel room went off due to the amount of smoke created by the gunfire.
Per police, the perp had no criminal record and was not on the radar.
Wow...that will be buried FAST, if true.

A statement published by Damaq, the ISIS propaganda agency, claimed Paddock as a “soldier of the Islamic state.”
