A man arrested near the White House Sunday morning is a former Memphis police officer who had an arsenal of weapons in his car and believed the CIA had implanted a chip in his head, according to court documents.
Timothy J. Bates, 37, of Collierville, Tenn. appeared in a District of Columbia court Monday morning on charges of illegally carrying a rifle or shotgun.
According to court documents, Bates was approached by uniformed members of the Secret Service Sunday at the corner of 17th Street NW and Pennsylvania Avenue as he appeared to be publicly urinating. He told the officers that he was trying to reach Defense Secretary Gen. James Mattis or NSA Director Adm. Mike Rogers “for advice on missing paychecks and how to get the dog chip out of my head.” […]

It is pretty amazing what delusional people can dream up - scary, and sad. Glad they stopped him before he could do any damage. Hopefully he gets the treatment and security he needs.

I remember patients saying they had chips implanted by the CIA and we’d do x-rays to prove they had no chip. Can’t remember stats but this is very common in paranoid schizophrenics.

MKUltra was real. Where do you think Hillary learned that destroying hundreds of thousands of docs could be swept under the rug. More than 20,000 MKUltra docs were destroyed. The Ultra part was the secrecy designation. Above top secret. Above presidents eyes only. Ultra secret like in WWII. Only the national AI gets to see it. ;-) I know I am sounding nutty but I am not.
