Yeah, that was a good one. Nope. No natural factors caused the mile-high ice sheets covering the northern hemisphere to melt about 30,000 years ago. It was right about the time man discovered how to use fire. Yep, that's what did it. Cave fires melted the ice sheets. I have a computer model that proves it.
Maybe this author should stick to writing about things he actually knows about. This isn’t it.

The temperature of the earth will never be “correct”. And there will always be strong storms. Always temperature records being broken. Always a need for more government intervention.
It’s a scam that will never end...no matter what happens climate-wise.

You can tell the article is a scam from the first Q&A. If it were not a scam, this answer would have told us the definitions. This is a great example of a classic leftwing tactic which is to use vague words whose meanings can be shifted as needed. There is no way for your opponent to take aim at shifting ghosts. They count on that.

They mean different things: They mean whatever we want them to mean at the moment. Mostly they are designed to stir up strong emotions of panic and cause resentment against conservatives who are not equally panicked and willing to hand over even more money to the power-hungry, money-hungry liberals.

Whenever a GW cultist starts talking about the “climate model” I ask them why is it that the climate models can’t predict weather than has already happened.

How about “mass hysteria”?, as climate always changes and is therefore non-specific, and there’s been no significant global warming in 14+ years.

Much less than pseudo-scientists predicted. When compared to Earth’s temperature history, we’re still well below average, as we continue the emergence from the “Little Ice Age”.
3. What is the greenhouse effect?
It’s a scare-mongering term meant to fool useful idiots into blindly supporting politicians that worship at the alter of climate change.
4. How do we know humans are responsible for the increase in carbon dioxide?
We don’t, but nothing like a good guilt-trip to get impressionable young people into the militant ranks of the socialist-parties around the globe. (and don’t get me started on the disconnect between carbon dioxide levels and historical working periods.)

Yes, they are almost certainly responsible for the vast majority of all warming that is occurring.

It really is the great unknown as to why so many Dem/socialists ignore the science that IS there, and present theory as scientific fact. Cognitive dissonance seems the most likely explanation.

Trick question! As a people and a planet? We’re in trouble only to the extent we continue to elect socialist politicians promoting a climate-change agenda to enact their new world order, and extinguish the fire of capitalism.

Another trick questions! ALL weather is related to climate. The climate is always changing. Ergo, the recent weather IS related to climate changes. But that doesn’t make it “crazy”.

Yes - stop electing these irrational fear mongers, and stop subscribing to the NY Times. Eventually they’ll die off, like the dinosaurs.

It’s an agreement among many of the world’s nations to retard the strength and growth of the USA by making us adhere to requirements that they themselves aren’t required to, or don’t intend to adhere to. It does this while ignoring the most populous nations that are also the worst polluters (e.g. - China, India, Russia). Think of it as an Olympic committee that expects Michael Phelps to swim with ankle-weights, while the other athletes get scuba fins - that we pay for.
13. Does clean energy help or hurt the economy?
To the extent it is more costly than alternatives, as used by our global economic competitors, it is hurtful. All else being equal, of course clean energy sources are preferred over less clean sources.

Energy requires an “all of the above” strategy, if for no other reason than diversification.

Cute little things, aren’t they? Let me know when that all-electric plane or 18-wheeler is successful.

Gore and the hysterics base their argument on climate computer models; Every one of which have been proven wrong and inaccurate. 100% of them! Over and over.

The real question to be asked is: When has climate been static?
I tell my kids that the lie changes from year to year.. decade to decade to scare people. Their end goals are always the same. Communists want complete and utter control and a high body count.
Ice age, hole in the ozone layer, dying oceans, global warming, climate change.. How do we solve this? Don’t have kids, kill babies, give us control over every aspect of your lives and give us more money. See how that will change the weather? Neither do I.
