IIRC, she claimed at the time it was bought for Chelsea. Maybe envious of the Bush and Kennedy compounds. Weird thing, first thing she did was fill in the pool. Why do that? A pool is a status symbol. Any of her enemies gone missing around that time? For me, that pool ranks right up there with the grassy knoll.
Why a condo in DC? She owns a very large house in a posh DC neighborhood.

A long time ago I read the guest house was converted for use by the Secret Service and the rent they charge the Government for that use covers their payments. It is a scam that other Dmeocrats have used as I think Biden does the same thing.
