As always, great information. Was Comey under oath? I don’t recall. I thought he insisted on testifying in public and not under oath.
Either way, Comey is not going to testify again. they can issue Subpoenas. At best he will show up and take the 5th. There is no way he could say all those things again and no one be charged. Will AG Sessions intervene to help comey?
It is a crime to lie to or even mislead Congress whether or not one is under oath. Same with the FBI.
There’s just no will to prosecute.
Too soon to hang Comey. I. hope the Wasserman-Schultz Pakistani case blows up with a bang loud enough to tear the facade of the entire democrat establishment, from Hillary/Obama on down. Comey would most assuredly be implicated. Just imagine the deal making....It would be like trading cattle futures on the commodity exchange.
Graham wants to pull a “Comey” by letting Comey testify again so he can claim he misspoke. Or he can say he wrote the exoneration letter early but it was Lynch’s meeting with Bill that made him add one last sentence.

This says it all. Graham has no interest in pursuing felony charges against Comey. Shoot! Lying to Congress is no big deal anymore because no one is held accountable. This move by Graham is for more kabuki theater, which will involve Graham, the feckless Senate judiciary committee and the swamp's media minions.
