I was thinking the same thing, I thought Guam, Japan and South Korea all wanted American Soldiers off their military bases not less than one year ago.

What is motivating him? Why now & why does he seem to be expediting his suicide? Unless he is negotiating behind the scenes, he’s not asking anything in exchange for stopping the threats. He just keeps making more & more threats. What is his end game, because right now it looks like complete self-destruction.
