Comey Was Prepared To Exonerate Clinton LONG BEFORE FBI Investigation Was Over

The Senate Judiciary Committee has discovered FBI transcripts that reveal former FBI-Director Comey was ready and prepared to completely exonerate Hillary Clinton way before the investigation had concluded, before key interviews with most of the witnesses had occurred, before they had interviewed Hillary Clinton, and before the Lynch-Clinton tarmac meeting took place which was the excuse for Comey's public exoneration of Hillary Clinton.

In a letter to the new FBI Director Christopher A. Wray, the senate judiciary committee lays out the case for how Comey mothballed any real investigation into Hillary Clinton and had a 'Conclusion first, fact-gathering second-that's no way to run an investigation. The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.'

In an interview with Office of Special Counsel (OSC) with then-Director Corney's Chief of Staff, Jim Rybicki, Rybicki reveals that Comey had already decided to exonerate Hillary Clinton back in April or early May of 2016, long before most of the pertinent interviews had taken place.

Part of the transcript with Rybicki's interview with OSC reads:

Q: And so at that point in time, whether it was April or early May, the team hadn't yet interviewed Secretary Clinton - A: Correct. Q: - but was there - I guess, based on what you're saying, it sounds like there was an idea of where the outcome of the investigation was going to go? A: Sure. There was a - right, there was - based on - [redacted section].

Principal Deputy General Counsel of National Security and Cyberlaw, Trisha Anderson also revealed in an interview with the OSC that Comey was planning to make a public statement about the outcome of the Clinton investigation back in early May of 2016, again before most important interviews had taken place.

Q: So moving along to the first public statement on the case or Director Corney's first statement the July 5, 2016 statement. When did you first learn that Director Corney was planning to make some kind of public statement about the outcome of the Clinton email investigation? A: The idea, I'm not entirely sure exactly when the idea of the public statement um first emerged. Um it was, I just, I can't put precise timeframe on it um but [redaction]. And then I believe it was in early May of 2016 that the Director himself wrote a draft of that statement ...

Comey had already concluded the result of the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton without interviewing Clinton, her top aides, or the computer specialist that set up her computer server, including Paul Combetta, Cheryl Mills, and Bryan Pagliano.

The letter from the Judiciary Committee says:

These individuals had intimate and personal knowledge relating to Secretary Clinton's non-government server, including helping her build and administer the device. Yet, it appears that the following key FBI interviews had not yet occurred when Mr. Corney began drafting his exoneration statement:

The FBI is strictly investigation agency, the FBI does not prosecute anyone so why was Comey drafting a public statement on the Hillary Clinton investigation? On who's authority did he believe he had the standing to make such a public statement? The FBI is only suppose to gather evidence for the prosecutors over at the Department of Justice.

Comey and Lynch have been Clinton guard dogs for 25 years, protecting them and their big donors while serving in government, and in between govt jobs getting payoloa in the form of high-paying do-nothing corporate gigs.

They all assumed that Clinton would win the election, and their decades of criminality could continue to be hidden. When Trump unexpectedly won, they were all put into grave danger of criminal convictions carrying serious prison terms.

Thus their desperation in the go-for-broke attempt to take out Trump before he can gain full control of the FBI and DOJ and take them out for their real crimes.

Any normal functioning person already knew what Comey was planning. He gave it away many times. There are more problems here. why won’t DOJ or Trump get involved. You can only play rope-a-dope so long. Comey will never answer questions and will never be investigated. If trump doesn’t try to protect himself, comey could end up as FBI Director again.
