White is the New Black

White is the New Black

There was a shameful period in post-Civil-War America -- that war undertaken to rid us of a heinous national moral outrage, slavery -- in which the freed slaves were treated incredibly poorly. Denied opportunities, facing racism throughout the land, these African-Americans suffered indignity after indignity. They were denied access to good schools, or, sometimes, any education at all. They were passed over for all but the most menial jobs. The legal system was especially harsh to them. Welfare and other forms of government aid were shoved at them, in the effort to buy their votes and keep the largest percentage of them dependent and unmotivated to achieve. They were not permitted access to public facilities.

This began to be remedied in the 1960s, most notably with the Civil Rights act of 1964. As time passed, racism was more and more discouraged. Groups like the Ku Klux Klan began to diminish in influence and importance. Those who were trained by their parents to be racists since birth began to pass on. Things began to brighten for people of color. More and more opportunities became available. More and more wealth began to be accumulated by those who were motivated to pursue it.

But now, we find ourselves in a time when the very victims of this degrading and unacceptable racial treatment seem to be embracing racism directed at Caucasians. The American left has continuously pushed the idea -- in both government and institutions of learning -- that the very act of BEING white is a sinful thing, and something which must be punished.

I ask you: Does this not fit the very definition of racism? A white person is judged to be of negative character and worthy of poor treatment, because of their race?

Witness the many acts of the American left that is intended to chastise and punish whites for the color of their skin:

  1. The controversial concept of White Privilege has been raised repeatedly, which ignores the many millions of Caucasians who struggle with the realities of poverty, poor education, criminal backgrounds and poor health.
  2. The act of baselessly calling a person a racist is an aggressive and belligerent act. The entire Caucasian race has been called 'racist' by the University of Cambridge, and such sentiments routinely appear in print in such publications as the New York Times.
  3. Calls for outright genocide of white people are beginning to appear, in a manner reminiscent of pre-Nazi Germany, when such calls were directed at Jewish people. Such a call emerged from California State University at Los Angeles recently, and such calls are even occurring internationally in such nations as Zimbabwe. Even England's Guardian newspaper embraces the call for white genocide..
  4. Even the act of choosing one's President has been deemed 'racist' by CNN... who conveniently ignores the many people of color who have voted for Donald Trump.
  5. Recently, the ACLU removed a picture of a white infant in front of an American flag when some supporters decried the picture as a 'promotion of Nazis'. Just like the fact that a baseless claim of racism is an act of aggression, so, too, is the baseless accusation of being a Nazi... and according to the supporters of the ACLU who objected to this picture, being white causes Auto-Nazism.
  6. 'White shaming' is new rage on college campuses, examples of which can be found in courses by universities as diverse as Stanford College (where the course curriculum explores "the perils and possibilities of different political practices, including abolishing whiteness") and the University of Iowa.
The racial hatred I feel directed at me is unworthy of who we are as a nation. Inevitably, this hatred will come out in acts of violence against Caucasians, oppression of Caucasions, and even genocide against Caucastion. At times, with all the hatred expressed to me for the very act of being white, I feel a little like I am in 1935 Germany and my last name is Rosenstein.

I shall close by paraphrasing the immortal words of the Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King:

"I have a dream that all Americans -- even white ones -- will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

Oddly, I’ve read accounts of white and black troops being extremely abusive toward Caucasians.

I don't think I understand.

Oops, please excuse. During reconstruction, unnecessarily cruel acts were committed by the troops against white southerners. I’ve lived in the south for about eleven years, and have listened to the local storytellers and read the historic articles in local papers. Seemingly credible people have supported tales of nastiness. I hadn’t learned about those things in the northeast or the western history lessons.

Ah. Thanks. I’m aware of these things. I, too, was never taught about such things in Northern educational institutions.

I have some friends who have been relieved of their ignorance concerning medical research, big pharma and governmental corruption. They are very angry not only because they were lied to for so many years but also because they bought into the junk and perpetuated it. All that most people need is education. The brainwashing makes education difficult.

For the record, I do agree with the problem of institutional racism, and understand that it is still quite prevalent.

Bravo! A number of years ago, Danny Glover filed a discrimination claim saying he couldn't get a cab in NYC because he was black. Around that time, I was working in Manhattan and was hanging out with a very good black friend of mine. This night, I looked like Spicoli while he was dressed like Carlton from Fresh Prince.

My friend went to hail a cab. He saw a cab coming by and was very professionally trying to get this guy to stop. He didn't...this cabbie zoomed right by my friend...but the sombitch stopped a half a block away for a white guy.

Yea, I know...correlation does not imply causality, maybe it was dark, maybe your friend couldn't be seen, there was an earthquake, locusts. I get it - and I agree: this episode doesn't give any group of people the right to destroy private property and break the law out of 'frustration.' But I must tell you it's one thing to hear about these sorts of sitautions, it's another thing to experience it.

Alas, all is not lost. While the current times may make people wonder if there is hope, this incredible story comes along. A mother in Kentucky posted a story about her 5-yr old son needing a haircut, and asking to get his head shaved short like his friend Reddy "so that his teacher wouldn't be able to tell them apart. He thought it would be so hilarious to confuse his teacher with the same haircut."

Here's a picture of Jax and Reddy from their Christmas program.

When I read these kinds of stories, it reminds me that while the left will stop at nothing to wreck liberty, in the end the Truth will set you free.

” At times, with all the hatred expressed to me for the very act of being white, I feel a little like I am in 1935 Germany and my last name is Rosenstein. “

There are some anti white antifa posters that remind me of the anti Jewish propaganda seen at that time.

It's still happening to them, thanks to progressives (who don't even regard them as human. Not one bit; never mind that 3/5 stuff.) And they're doing it ON PURPOSE!!!!

The inner city is the new plantation is the new plantation, and progressivism is The New Slavery.

There are more people in the world inn slavery today than in the 1860s — just not here in the USA or the rest of the “Western” world.
