He probably confused the hexamethylene triperoxide diamine with dihydrogen monoxide. It’s a common lab error.

Agreed. We simply must get a handle on the ongoing threat of dihydrogen monoxide, too.
Imagine the unfortunate person walking his/her dog at night who catches a 10-lb chunk of concrete statue flying at 125 mph? Unreal.

>>>This guy needs a psych eval.<<<
Unlike the guy driving the Dodge Challenger who has a history of Mental Illness and never the less has been labeled a “murderer” without the benefit of a Fair Trial where Evidence is presented to Prove his Guilt.
Like Free Speech, the Constitutional Protections insuring you are Innocent until Proven Guilty is sorely lacking.
Even President Trump jumped on that bandwagon calling the guy a Murderer (as in having intent to kill) when he should have reminded the American People that Free Speech is a God Given Constitutionally Protected Right and any violence in response to it will be dealt with to maintain Law and Order.
The Leftists think they have free reign to attack anyone they disagree with without fear of reprisal because anyone who defends themselves is labeled a Bigot or a Nazi. The Authorities have done nothing to stop this madness, nothing.
I may disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your Right to say it is obviously an outdated concept.

It was a virtuous bomb, intended to dismantle über-white-cis-hetero-tryannical covert racist whislting dogs...and their whistles.

Stop and think for a minute. When dihydrogen monoxide is outlawed, only outlaws will have dihydrogen monoxide.

In my state, we can concealed-carry that stuff.
It’s usually clear, colorless and odorless. Works as a fire-suppressant too, oftentimes.
For now, it’s legal. If it’s outlawed, I’m gonna try to drink it real fast if I am caught with it.
That’ll get ‘em steamed.
I’ve heard stories about how soldiers used to carry that stuff.
