**IF** this POS bill even passes, it’ll last about 1 minute in federal court - just long enough for the judges to stop laughing before advising the CA Solicitor General to get TFO before they commit him to an insane asylum.

OTOH, if this crap passes and is “blessed” by the lower courts, then I hope that millions of people violate the law and have to be processed and housed by these morons in CA.
