A Facebook post for a protest dubbed “Destroy the Confederacy” at Sam Houston Park in Houston on Saturday warns “*Do NOT bring children.” A group “committed to protecting Texas and Texas History,” “This Is Texas Freedom Force” (TITFF), says demonstrators plan to tear down a Confederate statue. They also warn there will be violence. The promoters of the protest tell potential attendees: “We will meet at Sam Houston Park (right in front of Houston City hall) to demand that the City of Houston ERASE THE CONFEDERACY! It is a STAIN IN THE FABRIC of our history that needs to be removed.”
Another part of the post says – “*Do NOT bring children.”
One of the organizers of the event, Black Lives Matter of Houston, tells protesters to meet at the “Spirit of the Confederacy Statute” at Sam Houston Park.

I don’t know what the answer is. If the government doesn’t stop this then it’s time to stop the government. But, I gotta hand it to them. By tearing down Confederate monuments and being met with resistance they’ve made it a black vs white issue.
I sincerely hope there are lots of folks with concealed carry permits in attendance. And for the record, it is legal to carry a long rifle in texas ... in public... without a permit.
Bottom line is cops should be stationed there and let the BLM take their violence out on them.

I only pray that is the case, but the Dems are energized and their turnouts during the special elections has generally been way up while the Rep turnout has been lower even in strong Rep districts.
With all of the unsustainable numbers of illegal aliens flooding the labor market, Dems seem to hate American workers, including union workers more than anyone else; that's for anyone to observe.
