What the article says is that he is ready to discuss releasing more information, not that he will or when. Forget it until it happens.
I haven't been following the latest media Shiny Object as closely as I should perhaps but there was some report/opinion that accused Trump of supporting the Nazis in the headline. When you read the article the smoking gun consists of him calling them "bad people."

Kim Dot Com told Congress exactly where to go look for those emails which held classified material(which should have been a nightmare heads up for the NSA). He has his own problems with the US government and probably did not want to join Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy for the next 5 years.
