The dashcam video was recorded two years ago, but Charnesia Corley said she still feels the pain of what happened that night.
She said Harris County deputies pulled her over in northwest Harris County for running a red light, but when the officer approached her car he said he smelled marijuana, according to Corley.
Corley was handcuffed as a female officer patted her down and then removed her pants and began what she called an invasive and humiliating strip search.
"She tells me, 'Just bend over.' I hesitate ... She shines light on me ... She proceeds to stick her fingers toward my vaginal area ... I immediately pop up (and say), 'Ma'am what are you doing?'" Corley said.
The dashcam video showed her on the ground naked from the waist down with her legs pinned for nearly 11 minutes while two female deputies search her.
"She grabs me by handcuffs, slams me on the ground, puts her knee in my back ... shoves her fingers up inside of me," Corley said.

An indictment against the two female deputies was brought by one grand jury, but the District Attorney didn't like the result, presented the case to a second grand jury, and got no-bill. The two deputies continue to be employed, desk work for the more egregious of the two, Ronaldine Pierre, and patrol duty for W. Strong.
Ms. Corley is alleged to have run a red light and to have had the odor of marijuana in her car. According to another article, 0.02 ounces of marijuana were found in the car, which is half a gram.
Ms. Correy is alleged to have admitted to driving without a license, and to have smoked marijuana earlier that day.
She appears to have been co-operative during the stop.
What the HELL is wrong with police these days? How could the worst trained idiot in the world have believed a roadside cavity search to be appropriate? A prolonged search?
BLM seems to be chiming in quietly. Perhaps Dep. Ronaldine is a Woman of Color.

Umm isn’t FR a place where it is pro-police, forgive me if I am wrong?
But many on FR will knee jerk into supporting law enforcement, after seeing them not doing their job against rioters but they have time to molest traffic offenders.

Some people here hate the police, call them jack-booted thugs. Some people worship them. Some people think there are just a few bad ones who unfairly tarnish the good ones. Some people blame the good ones for covering up the bad ones.
I’d say we are pretty pro police save the occasional anti cop Libertarian who might start something her and there.
I am quite pro police.
But a roadside cavity search? You should have a really good reason to do that. I don’t think they should generally be able to do that at all.
Only a Gestapo boot licker would ALWAYS be pro-police.
Or do you think that police can literally do no wrong?
That sounds like a condition from too much exposure to high altitude.
You know that police are not perfect, nor are they evil monsters. They are human beings and are given a great deal of latitude in how they do their jobs, within the limits set by law and procedure. I for one prefer it that way, even though it creates the opportunity for unfortunate misuse of that discretionary power as seen here. To conflate this with the riots is a logical fallacy.
When police overstep, the common response is to implement more restrictive rule as has occurred in this case. Try to remove all discretionary authority and you will end up with a police force of jack-booted thugs.
Were the female cops lesbos?
WE are FOR police who do their job correctly. We are AGAINST police who commit criminal acts themselves.
It IS pro-police to want to root out bad cops.
Did they hire the lesbian state trooper that got fired up in the Dallas area a few years ago for molesting women at traffic stops?
I normally defend the police but I have seen video that clearly shows some police are bad. And I am angry at police and prosecutors who defend bad police.
That said I like the constitution. And this search does not seem constitutional.
You know what I say, the few bad apples in law enforcement make the other 5% look bad.

There’s are good cops and very bad ones but I can’t believe cops not dealing with rioters are their decision.
Those decisions come from the higher up ruling elites for political gain. (Baltimore, Ferguson, Berkley, Charlottesville, et.al. All rat controlled.)
This incident though is beyond freaky, way.
Free Republic is for the rule of law.
Most of us are for the police when they abide by the constitution, and opposed to them when they make themselves above the law. At one time this was a common position in America.
You can be next then for a traffic stop, strip search, groping face down on the filthy pavement with your hands cuffed behind your back.
There is such a thing as civility and rights of a citizen.

Let me explain something to you that you may not want to hear.
One hundred percent of law enforcement who would stand down when ordered to and then not resign after a situation like this are bad cops.
Here is something else for you.
One hundred percent of the aforementioned group who would then round up the citizens who fight back are precisely the people Alexander Solzhenitsyn warned about, and if free Americans are to live to see the next decade they will have to respond in the manner Solzhenitsyn suggested.
