Ivanka Trump denounced the deadly violence in Charlottesville, Virginia — hours after chaos took over the streets during a white supremacist rally.
The First Daughter took to Twitter early Sunday morning to address the contentious series of events that unfolded over the weekend in Virginia starting on Friday, when a group of hundreds of white nationalists and neo-Nazis walked onto the University of Virginia's campus with torches.
"There should be no place in society for racism, white supremacy and neo-nazis," Trump tweeted. "We must all come together as Americans -- and be one country UNITED."

I do not believe she is a pawn for the left.
White people need a name for our movement that does not sound racist. It is very difficult since we will always be associated with terms like Nazi, White Supremicist, White Power, David Duke etc. And it is difficult keeping an extreme element from showing up at your rallies which makes you look extreme by association.
I think the term *White Heritage* might be a could term.
If she didn’t”t specify color, people would assume she meant white people.
The police and the city or university are at fault at these rallies for not keeping things under control and keeping opposite views separated. It should be safe for both Antifa and the Klan to demonstrate. if not, don’t issue a permit to the second applicant and arrest the side that has none. But letting people face off in the street and yell and throw things at each other is a formula for tragedy.
the city had an obligation to establish adequate safety when they issue a permit or know a large crowd is coming to the city. laving the street open and letting people throw things at each other and yell from opposite sides of a narrow street is not adequate safety and this and other incidents prove it. So the city IS responsible to prevent such incidents. Any rookie cop would know that people have been driving crowds into cars all over the world and here in the states.
None of the precludes a jury from finding the driver guilty. but the officials are also culpable and the DOJ or state AG should be all over that investigation . In Cal when coulter was scheduled,the chancellor of UC should have been sent to jail along with the campus police chief or the Berkeley chief for failure to protect the public and the property of the university and the first amendment rights of the group that invited her and of course Ann herself. But the governor of Cal was too busy raising taxes and hugging trees.

We don’t even know if he really was an evil white killer or if he was scared and trying to get away from danger. And why were those people blocking the street anyway? There is something fishy here. I hope someone gets this guy a good lawyer. Something tells me this is going to end up with lots of lawsuits and not just against the guy in the car. There are a number of things that point to a set up that pitted one group against the other without adequate police protection. Stand down comes to mind. This keeps happening over and over again in liberal Democrat cities.

Trump tweeted? No, Ivanka Trump tweeted, the president’s daughter tweeted, and by presenting this that way it takes a dig at the the president.
The good thing about her action is that she’s right. Racism and white supremacy, really the same thing, is not within the laws and edits we “say” we recognize in this country. Nazism is a social and political group that wishes to revive the Nazi theories and actions of the thirties and forties that advocated the murdering of hundreds of thousands of people based upon their race, religious choice, and their support intents. See that in the Constitution? And the only reason I didn’t say millions was because I added the term support, thus creating catagories. An example of this is that approximately 50K Free Masons were murdered by Hitler because he surmised they were supporting the Jewish.
So, tell me what she said that was wrong in that statement? Would the US be better off without people who want to advocate the harming of other people? If you don’t agree with her, that the US would be better off, I hope someone doesn’t break into your house and kill you that represents a murderous group or religion. That in the opinion of a private person, shouldn’t be here to do it. So you’re saying the drug cartels are fine here. How about the mafia and their many off shoots? There are so many, you can’t write them all.
Wake up folks. So many in our country think they are protected so they can allow everything short of crimes to be determined by those that don’t face them. Fear groups of people like this as she identified. Our laws can’t stop them until they have done something illegal. And that normally is identified with harm. She is right. And has every right as a private citizen to say so. I applaud her.

It is not she specified only 2 groups. No one could take that to mean across the board unless they read something there that isn't! She could have left it as racism if she meant across the board or have listed all groups by saying simply " racism by all". I guess Antifa's threat to Trump supporters did not register.
Perhaps Ivanka has aspirations of being a new "Princess Diana" and is looking for a cause ...
