One of the music stations I listen to has NPR news. Yesterday afternoon, during a news report they put Bellamy on the air. My jaw dropped at what an evil, vile, illiterate person he is. It is amazing that this man ever made it to political office. He talks like a street corner crackhead.
D.W. Griffith grew up in the Reconstruction South. He was one of the greatest film makers of all time. He practically invented the language of the cinema. His movie Birth of a Nation depicts life as he experienced it after the Civil War. It shows how opportunistic carpet baggers installed illiterate former slaves into positions of political authority.
I swear, you'd think that Wes Bellamy hopped off Griffith's movie screen and into the mayor's office. The white guilt in Charlottesville must be tremendous for the nattering nabob professors and pointy headed intellectuals of U.V.A. to vote in a racist, sexist, homophobic incompetent like Vice Mayor Bellamy.
I heard the two following remarks about the event, but have not confirmed it.
The police were ordered to stand down when ANTIFA and BLM showed up by the Mayor of Charlottesville, Virginia. So he now has blood on his hands instead of letting the police do their job.
By the way, they let ANTIFA and BLM show up with baseball bats, sticks and lead pipes.

It’s also being reported that almost all the Nazis that showed up to the liberal town of Charlottesville, Virginia were from other states like the car driver that hit the crowd. Being they had brand new clothes, etc... It appears that this event was orchestrated or staged on purpose in order to blame President Trump. In other words it’s the Deep State in their attempted coup.

You have to consider that in the world of the Left, which celebrates transgression, being Black in and of itself is an act of transgression, which means Blacks are otherwise free to remain "homophobic," sexist, and even religious fundamentalists. So long as they vote right and remain in the Big Transgressors' Coalition they may retreat to parochial fundamentalist ghettos and never have to have a confrontation with the filth they're politically allied with.
Notice that uneducated Black chrstianity is never subjected to ridicule or criticism and no Black chrstian is ever asked to bake a cake for a homosexual "wedding."
Actually, it's not just the Blacks (though they're the most visible). All historically immigrant minority communities have that option. Only the founding ethnicities (with the exception again of Blacks, the second oldest non-indigenous American ethnicity) benefit from "multiculturalism." Sikhs, Armenians, and Parsees can get away with their versions of orthodoxy because they're part of our "gorgeous multicultural mosaic."
American will never get pluralism points for the fact that rednecks live here, therefore rednecks will never be protected. Rednecks exist only as the common threat, the danger of whom joins everyone else together.
Considering that Griffith was born in '74 or '75, and that Reconstruction ended in '77, that's a bit of a stretch.
