Just a little over a year ago, an employee at Yale smashed a stained glass window at the school because he was angry over the image of African Americans carrying cotton. We covered it in this post: Yale employee smashes allegedly racist stained-glass window, Yale won’t press charges.
Not only did Yale not press charges, they rehired the employee with much fanfare. Now another piece of campus art has been altered for the sake of political correctness.

Back in the 1970s, my father's brother, a brilliant, visionary man told me that the U.S.A. would one day go the way of the Roman Empire.
I believed him, but I could not imagine how that could come about, and I thought it only some time in the very distant future.
Then during the Jimmy Carter Administration, I began to worry about it. I bought Gibbon's monumental and magnificent The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire and read it.
I realized that the Decline and Fall of the U.S.A. could happen far sooner than I had imagined, but I still couldn't imagine how it could come about, considering the great moral and cultural strength of the American Heartland and of the American Dream itself.
Unfortunately, I now understand all too well just how such a horrifying event can unfold.
Even then, I didn't exactly realize that the counter-culture movement of the 1960s was the eruption into the open of decadence in America, the same moral rot and decay that destroyed the Roman Republic and the Roman Empire--or that it would gain adherents as it did. I did wonder what would happen when the counter-culture hippies took over American institutions. I now know. The counter-culture was moral rot and decay. When its adherents took over American institutions, those institutions would become utterly corrupted.
When moral rot and decay have infected such venerable institutions as the FBI, the Judiciary, the military high command, and the U.S. Congress, even a leader as brilliant, energetic, visionary, and dedicated as President Trump might not be able to cleanse them and reverse the decadence.
It is the moral rot and decay and those afflicted with it that are opposing and seeking to destroy this heroic man.
Those afflicted are so afflicted that they cannot understand the evil that afflicts them.
Overwhelmed by the evil and delusions of decadence--and trapped in them--they see him who would rescue them and the American Dream as evil--or psychotic--or somehow misguided--but they cannot see the evil that subsumes them or the goodness of the hero who would save them. Theirs is truly an inverted view.
It is very much like heroin addicts, unable to understand the depth, strength, and disorientation of their addiction, fighting against those who intervene to save them and their families.
President Trump needs all the help and support he can get--from all decent and benevolent people.
America is threatened by evil and destruction as never before.
President Trump has dedicated himself and all his formidable resources to saving her. He need our support, our prayers, and then some!
Yale can kick rocks.
While there I was tasked with union busting. After successful work, I was given a pink slip.
After 3 years.
During that time, my motorcycles were vandalized, my office was vandalized and the security staff (Who, it turns out were behind the attacks) did the exact opposite of help.
As far as New Haven, that sh!tpit - My staff were mugged during broadlight. We carried weapons on motorcycles during our commute and I was accosted several times myself while getting there. MS13’s roots are found in that neighborhood and there is a gang of roving ATV/dirtbike riding blacks who terrorize the entire populace without so much as a police siren.
To add I went toe-to-toe with a member of Clinton’s legal team (this POS woman lead a crusade against Paula Jones and Broderick) and things got really heated.
Between her, Malloy and Blumenthal the CT left will make it a priority to ruin anyone who even suggests resistance to their BS.
CT can break off and sink into the ocean for all I care.

Speaking of “historical whitewash”, I am personally sick of associating the blunderbuss with Puritans and early settlers. It’s an invention of cartoonists and greeting card illustrators of the early twentieth century. Note: the library in question was built in 1931, well after the idea had taken hold.
It was visually striking, and “old timey” enough that it became a meme, along with buckled shoes and hats.
There might have been the occasional blunderbuss in settler’s hands, especially with the Dutch, but they were most often employed as coach guns and on the fighting tops of ships, where the flared muzzle made reloading easier while swaying.
The fact that they were short ranged and heavy made them poor choices for hunting. The usual fowling pieces of the time looked more like regular muskets, and would have been a much better choice.
