I don’t know who the infamous driver is.
The Joel guy apparently posted “Bleep the Internet” and said it wasn’t him, that he drives an Impala and that he’s from Michigan, not Ohio.
The driver was apparently arrested, so if it was him, he wouldn’t have been posting anything.

Someone is standing up for him with this comment:
“You guys, photo proof is on his girlfriend’s page— he is with her at a wedding in Michigan right now. That car was sold years ago, & the actual driver is in custody.”
