The statement is stupid on its face. If the climate is changing at the top of the atmosphere and the bottom of the ocean, who cares?

This report concludes that “it is extremely likely that human influence has been the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century. For the warming over the last century, there is no convincing alternative explanation supported by the extent of the observational evidence.”

No longer man caused but human influence is dominant cause ? and they are not looking anywhere else.

Oh yes, “human influence” cause global warming”... the influence of the national weather bureaus’ adjustment of the recorded temperatures.... lower the historic measurements and increase the current ones. Evidence? see the posted story about removal of this “adjustment” by the Australian weather bureau!

this document is pretty scary. The only premise is, climate is changing and it's man's fault.

They said they did peer review, but what they did was look at articles\papers that did the peer review.
If the president accepts this document, then we are all hosed.
I hope he waits for red team\blue team debates\discussion outcomes before he accepts anything.

I talked to my sister in Arkansas today. She told me they are having the coolest summer since she has been there, about ten years. Normally the fields are all brown by now, but this year they have an abundance. The cows can't keep it down in the pastures.

It must be global warming.
